A special wine and food workshop focusing on jamón (Spanish ham). Cortadora Profesional de Jamon Cati Gómez will tell you all about the different types of Spanish ham. 'Armed' with her knife set and a beautiful Paleta de Bellota 100% Iberica, Cati will also show during the workshop how to cut a ham and what exciting flavor nuances are present even within one bellota. At Cecile the task of pouring various wines with the different hams to let you discover how versatile the wine-food combinations with wine and jamón can be. A wonderful voyage of discovery guided by two very passionate professionals, with a lot to smell, see, taste and experience.
This Burgundian workshop takes place in the modern private dining restaurant Pollevie in Den Bosch. We start the workshop at 1:30 PM and finish around 4:30 PM. We taste five different wines, in combination with two types of Spanish ham, including a Paleta de Bellota 100% ibérica that is cut live during the workshop. Of course we also provide water and picos (Spanish crackers). The costs for this workshop are €59 pp
