Her passion for the art of carving and ham culture, along with the unique skills and knowledge she possesses, make her a sought-after professional by companies around the world. Not only companies related to the world of ham, but also companies from other sectors choose her as the professional who takes the lead on ham at fairs and events.

In addition to her extensive knowledge and experience, she is an official cortadora, member and member of the board of directors of the only official association for cortadores in the world and a reference in the cortador and cortadora world, National Association of cortadores de jamón of Spain, ANCJ. In addition to serving on the board of directors, Cati was recently elected second vice president of said association.
