With more than ten years of experience as a cortadora profesional de jamón, professional ham cutter, Cati Gómez is a remarkable figure in the world of carving and ham culture. Her passion for the art of carving is reflected in her career, which has seen her work in various locations around the world, gaining unique skills and knowledge in each experience.

Cati has not only built up valuable practical experience, but has also continuously committed to staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the sector. Cati continuously improves her techniques by taking courses and masterclasses with other masters and cutting professionals in Spain. Cati ensures that her ham carving skills are constantly evolving. 

In addition to her extensive knowledge and experience, she is an official cortadora, member and member of the board of directors of the only official association for cortadores in the world and a reference in the cortador and cortadora world, https://ancj.org/asociados-as/the National Association of cortadores de jamón of Spain, ANCJ. In addition to serving on the board of directors, Cati was recently elected second vice president of said association.
