At the DOP Los Pedroches Stand
During the visit to the Alimentaria International Food Fair in Barcelona, Cati Gómez was able to share experiences and knowledge with great professionals and colleagues by profession.
In addition to visiting the stands of ham producers, she was invited to official entities of the world of Ham such as the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) Los Pedroches.
The DOP Los Pedroches is one of the four Protected Designations of Origin of the Ibérico Ham.
