How does live jamón slicing work during an event?
Preparation and coordination
Cati Gómez coordinates with the organizer or event planner beforehand to determine which ham will be used, the desired setting and presentation, and the service expectations during the event. This process takes into account the type of event, the program, the guests, and the practical circumstances at the location.
This creates a clear planning and professional preparation that ensures a smooth event.
Live jamón carving during the event
During the event, Cati Gómez will professionally slice and present the jamón, interacting directly with the guests. The service will be tailored to the program's rhythm, serving time, and the dynamics of the event.
Not only technology is central here, but also timing, appearance and guest experience.
Service, presentation and completion
The ham is served on-site, with careful attention to presentation, hygiene, and alignment with the catering concept. Afterward, the work area is neatly cleaned up, and service is coordinated with the rest of the event.
This way, quality is guaranteed and the live jamón service fits in professionally with the total concept.
