Cutting Ibérico ham workshop

This educational workshop is intended for: private individuals (not for professionals) who would like to enjoy freshly sliced Spanish ham at home.

During this workshop you will learn the basics of ham carving yourself.

You will also receive information about the different types of hams, choosing a good ham, how the ham can be stored, but above all how you can enjoy this special delicacy at home.

During this workshop, participants will cut an Ibérico ham and then enjoy it with a suitable Spanish wine.

 These workshops can be organized at De Portier location, Zuiderstek 1, Alblasserdam.

It is possible at your home, at your company or at a party location.
