With more than eleven years of experience as a Cortadora profesional de Jamón, professional ham cutter, Cati Gómez stands out in the world of ham cutting and culture. Her passion for the art of carving and ham culture, along with the unique skills and knowledge she possesses, make her a sought-after professional by companies around the world. Not only companies related to the world of ham, but also companies from other sectors choose her as the professional who takes the lead on ham at fairs and events.
Cati has not only built up valuable practical experience, but has also continuously committed to staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the sector. Cati continuously improves her techniques by taking courses and masterclasses with other masters and cutting professionals in Spain. Cati ensures that her ham carving skills are constantly evolving.
