La Estrella del Jamón is a member of the d. o. P. (B. O. B) Teruel.

Teruel is the only b. o. B. White ham types in Spain.

In the natural aging in the cellar craft process and ensure that their nutritional- and organoleptic characteristics are preserved, and think of the taste of the best ham of the earlier.

The natural dryers, located in the provinces of Teruel (Monreal del Campo) and Zaragoza (Fuendetodos and Cuarte de Huerva), are specially chosen for their geographical and climatic conditions. The cold and dry air of these places, make them the ideal places to the ham on a slow and long-lasting way to cure.
